March’s featured coffee is now available! These beans come from the Jiwaka Province of Papua New Guinea, bordering Mount Wilhelm, the country’s tallest mountain. This lot of beans was picked and sorted at the farm, washed and sun dried at the Kiam Mill and then transported to a nearby processing mill where the beans were hulled for shipment. At a medium roast, these beans brew a sweet cup with a medium body and flavor notes of caramel, green tea, cane sugar, and dark fruit. We will be roasting the first batch of these beans on Monday! ?
