Unfortunately, most beans bought off the shelves of grocery stores and coffee shops have already lost much of their flavor potential, even if they are vacuum sealed.
That’s why I will be shipping my beans within two days of roasting via Priority Mail. When they get to you they will have the fullest flavor still intact and ready to be enjoyed. You will notice the difference!
And, did you know that ground coffee has lost its best flavors only 24 hours after grinding?
That’s why, even though I will offer grinding as an option when you check out with an order, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you invest in a grinder if you haven’t already, so you can maximize your enjoyment of this great coffee.
